If you're quoting something, you'll need to put down as much and as thorough information as you can find about it.  If you have permission to use the excerpt, that would be optimal, otherwise it's under Fair Use (unless I get a Cease and Desist letter).  I think Fair Use goes down easier if there's proper and thorough attribution to the source.

If you're quoting something on the web, please use the full title, author and url.
